The co-pilot
reads ahead.

Tax Advisory, Luxembourg

Corporate and personal tax planning, filings and ongoing dialogue with the Luxembourg Administration des contributions directes. Anticipating the turns before they arrive, for resident families, expatriate executives, holdings and operating groups using Luxembourg as a European bridge.

Tax as navigation, not tax as theatre.

Our approach

Tax in Luxembourg is read in two languages, the corporate world's, with ATAD, Pillar Two, anti-hybrid rules and the participation exemption; and the private world's, with personal income tax, the impatriate regime, succession and the long arm of the family. Our role is to read both at once, calmly, and tell you what the road ahead actually looks like.

We prepare and file corporate, VAT and personal returns, draft positions and rulings where useful, engage with the ACD and the AED on your behalf, and sit beside you whenever a transaction or a life event reshapes the file. One advisor per file, supported by senior review, with the same firm carrying the books, the governance and the wealth-planning conversation when needed.

Where the co-pilot reads

Three terrains where we read ahead.

Corporate tax

Annual corporate income, municipal business and net wealth tax filings, participation exemption analyses, transfer-pricing documentation. Considered work, reviewed twice.

Personal & expatriate

Personal income-tax compliance for residents and non-residents, advice on the Luxembourg impatriate regime, executive remuneration and equity incentive plans (including stock options and carried interest), succession planning, and the cross-border tax issues that arise when individuals relocate to or from the Grand Duchy.

VAT & indirect

VAT registration, returns and reverse-charge questions; intra-community filings; sector-specific issues for finance, real estate, fund services and e-commerce. Coordinated with the bookkeeping desk so the accounts and the returns tell the same story.

Anticipating the turns before they arrive.

The route

From a first reading to the next filing.

Four stages, one dedicated tax advisor. Each engagement begins with a careful read of the existing position, personal or corporate, and settles into the steady rhythm of filings, reviews and timely planning conversations.

First conversation

A free, confidential exchange to understand the structure, the family, the activity and the open questions. A first read of the file as it currently stands, and a clear note on what could be tightened.

Route advisory

Diagnostic review of past returns and positions, identification of opportunities and exposures, written memo with recommendations, including any ruling requests, restructurings or impatriate-regime applications worth pursuing.

Engagement

Filings prepared and lodged within the legal windows, any agreed restructuring or ruling work executed in coordination with notaries and counsel, and dialogue with the ACD or AED handled on your behalf.

Handover & beyond

A steady annual cadence: filings on calendar, mid-year planning conversations, prompt response to legislative changes, and the same advisor on the file whenever the next transaction or life event arrives.

Your next chapter

Start the conversation

Whether you are filing your first Luxembourg return, considering the impatriate regime or preparing a holding for the next acquisition, we are here to listen first and advise with clarity. A first exchange costs nothing and commits to nothing, except, perhaps, the beginning of a long road travelled together.
