A distinguished
address on the route.

Domiciliation, Luxembourg

A registered office in Luxembourg, with mail handling, telephone reception and representation before the authorities. The quiet anchor of a Luxembourg presence, discreet, always in place, always available.

The quiet anchor of every file.

Our approach

Domiciliation in Luxembourg is, on paper, a question of address. In practice it is the registered seat of a legal person, the place the RCS records, where notifications are served, where the authorities expect to reach a real human being. We treat it as such: not a postbox, but a desk with a name on it.

From our registered office we provide the registered seat, receive and sort mail, handle day-to-day correspondence with the authorities, and act as the local contact for banks, auditors and counterparties. The work runs in parallel with our Corporate Services and Accounting desks, so the company never feels like it is held together by three different files.

What is included

A real address, in real hands.

Registered seat

Your company's official address in Luxembourg, lodged with the RCS and published in the Recueil. Suitable for SARL, SA, SOPARFI, SCSp and similar Luxembourg vehicles, clean, compliant and grounded in reality.

Mail & reception

Daily collection, sorting, scanning and forwarding of postal mail. Phone reception in French, English and German. Notifications and administrative correspondence acted on the same day, with copies kept on file.

A presence in the Grand Duchy, with a name on the door.

The route

From first letter to steady cycle.

Four stages, one dedicated coordinator. Setting up a domiciliation is light work; sustaining it well is what matters. Our cadence is designed so that you forget the address is being managed at all.

First conversation

A short, confidential exchange to understand the entity, the shareholders and the operations behind the address. KYC pack started, scope agreed in writing.

Route advisory

Domiciliation agreement drafted in line with Luxembourg law and our internal AML framework. Filing of the address change with the RCS and notifications to bankers, auditors and the ACD.

Engagement

The registered seat goes live. Mail processing, reception and notification handling begin. Standing instructions agreed for routine items so the file moves without daily input from your side.

Handover & beyond

Year-round operation with a single point of contact. Annual KYC refresh, periodic review of standing instructions and a quiet escalation path for anything that needs your attention promptly.

Start the conversation

Whether you are setting up a new Luxembourg company, moving an existing seat or simply tired of an address that never seems to answer, we are here to listen first. A first exchange costs nothing and commits to nothing, except, perhaps, the beginning of a long road travelled together.
